Population Focus

I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2021 and have worked in the field of mental health since 2013. I have worked with a wide variety of populations, including substance use, severe mental illness, trauma, and school-based treatment. Since becoming licensed, I have focused more on working with the perinatal population and have received a certification from Postpartum Support International as a PMH-C. I describe my style as humanistic because I believe the client-therapist relationship is the foundation to great work. I prioritize making my clients feel safe and heard. Additionally, I am also trained in EMDR and have used EMDR for a wide range of issues, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and perinatal related issues.
