HELLO I’M JACLYN,

My theoretical approach is Psychodynamic and I also utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy in my practice. I tailor interventions to meet my clients where they are and believe that therapy should be a collaborative experience.

I am passionate about working with adults who are struggling with low self-esteem, poor body-image, experiencing depression and anxiety, relationship issues, women’s issues, and people who want to better learn to communicate their feelings, wants and needs.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and have personal experience with Military families. I am also Gottman Level 2 trained.
