HELLO I’M SANDY,
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your feelings, work through your challenges and their effects on you, and feel empowered to live a more fulfilling life. I do this through being client-centered, authentic, and gently challenging you when needed. Collaboratively, we will create goals that will help you achieve the personal growth and change you're looking for in the areas of your life you're experiencing hardship in. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. I use an integrative approach to therapy to ensure you have a variety of tools at your disposal for when challenges arise in your day to day life. I look forward to working with you and being a part of this journey for change!
