Hello! My name is Nia Hall. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. My goal is to provide you with a set of tools to assist you as you navigate through life. The set of tools that I will provide you with, will help you work through hardships, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance abuse and coping skills. I understand how challenging life can be. I am empathetic, trustworthy, knowledgeable and respectful. Together we will work on achieving your mental goals one session at a time. I have experience working with children, teenagers, young adults, adults and families. We will work hand and hand on childhood trauma, managing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, communication and relationships. I utilize different therapeutic techniques such as Trauma Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
