NOTICE TO CLIENTS

The Board of Behavioral Sciences receives and responds to complaints regarding services provided within the scope of practice of (marriage and family therapists, licensed educational psychologists, clinical social workers, or professional clinical counselors). You may contact the board online at www.bbs.ca.gov, or by calling (916) 574-7830.

Grievance Policy

If at any time, you have questions or concerns regarding the services you receive, we strongly encourage you to discuss them with your therapist. If you feel that your therapist is not a good fit for you or that you may benefit by going to another therapist for various reasons, please call our office and we will be happy to reassign you to another therapist. If a reasonable resolution has still not been achieved, you have the right to request a meeting with the Clinical Director to discuss your concerns by calling 714.654.1570. We will not retaliate against you in any way for filing a complaint with Insightful Matters FCP, Inc.

Insurance Complaints

If you are in need of making a complaint to your insurance company related to the services that you have received, we encourage you to call the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
