HELLO I’M ELLE,

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy of Latinos/as. My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, and genuine. I take pride in creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment to help establish trust and safety. I have extensive experience with adolescents and adults as well as with crisis management. I have worked extensively with diverse populations and have significant insight into cultural differences. Additionally, I have also facilitated parenting groups and behavioral modification groups. My passion, however, is working with teens and adults to learn communication and coping skills to navigate and overcome challenging times or significant life changes. I take a client-centered approach: letting you be the expert of your own life and meeting you where you are currently. I emphasize self-compassion and enjoy helping clients get to a place where they can create more self-love or self-acceptance.
