I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2018.
My approach to therapy is warm, attentive, and authentic. I enjoy guiding clients through a myriad of problems through building awareness, understanding the impact of early childhood relationships, and making healthier choices.
I believe the most important part of any therapeutic relationship is trust, empathy, and communication. Together, we can overcome challenges and move towards a healthier place in your healing journey.
I have worked with many people who present with a diverse set of complex problems. In particular I enjoy working with trauma, attachment issues, codependency, interpersonal relationships, sexual assault, and self-esteem.
I take a psychodynamic approach which means I’ll help you sort out all the childhood attachment/problems leading you to make unhealthy choices in your life today. I’m empathetic, a good listener, and I’ll try to make you laugh!
