All admin hours paid at $20 per hour.

*Pay scale is dependent on caseload:

Clinical Rate:

• $45.00 per completed session, when conducting <20 sessions per pay period

• $50.00 per completed session, when conducting 20+ sessions per pay period

Optional Incentive:

Additional funds are paid on top of standard pay structure, when the requirements outlined below have been met:

• $10 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session, CPT 90837 session, OR CPT 99404 session, when completing 20-39 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($60/total)
  

• $20 incentive per completed CPT 90791 session, CPT 90837 session, OR CPT 99404 session, when completing 40-59 of the aforementioned sessions per pay period ($70 total)

Conditions for earning Clinical Rate and/or Optional Incentive: In order for Clinician to be eligible for the aforementioned rates, the following conditions must be met:

• Clinician must complete all session notes by the end of their scheduled shift.

• Sessions without a completed/signed note are considered incomplete and will be paid at the Admin rate.

Requirements:

• Licensed therapists must see a minimum of 15 clients per pay period.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted professional license or registration through the Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Must be able to pass criminal background and reference checks

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records including notes and treatment plans

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy

• Can work independently and collaboratively with other clinicians and administrative staff

• Familiarity with the DSM-V and diagnostic techniques

• Excellent references and client retention rates

• Maintain current license/registration to practice in CA

We are seeking dedicated, reliable full-time Associates (AMFT, ACSW, APCC) to conduct 28 sessions per week, in addition to two units of supervision.

This is an in-person position. Hybrid work model is available. Associates must be local and able to physically report to one of our offices, located in Huntington Beach and/or Anaheim, CA.

Compensation:
*For Associates with less than 1000 hours towards licensure:

• $26.00 per completed session when conducting <50 sessions per pay period

• $34.00 per completed session when conducting 50+ sessions per pay period

• All admin hours paid at $17.00 per hour.

*For associates with 1000+ hours towards licensure:

• $30.00 per completed session, when conducting <40 sessions per pay period

• $38.00 per completed session, when conducting 40-49 sessions per pay period

• $45.00 per completed session, when conducting 50+ sessions per pay period

• All admin hours paid at $17.00 per hour.

*A pay period is a two week period.

*Associates must have training and/or coursework in family therapy and therapy with children. Direct experience may be considered in lieu of training.
